GAM (DFP) iOS Header Bidding

HyBid integration guide with a Header Bidding for GAM (DFP)'s ad server for iOS consists of 3 steps:

Configure SDKs
1.1. Integrate Google Mobile Ads SDK
1.2. Integrate HyBid SDK and import GAM (DFP) Adapters

Configure GAM (DFP) dashboard

Display ads
3.1. Leaderboard
3.2. Banner
3.3. MRect
3.4. Interstitials

Please note that the adapters currently only support standard formats (Leaderboard, Banner, Medium, Interstitial).
