GAM (DFP) Android Header Bidding

HyBid integration guide with a pre-bid for DFP's ad server for Android consists of 3 steps:

Configure SDKs
1.1. Integrate GAM (DFP) SDK
1.2. Integrate HyBid SDK and import GAM/ (DFP) Adapters

Configure DFP dashboard
2.1. Configure DFP dashboard

Display ads
3.1. Banner
3.2. MRect
3.3. Interstitials

Please note that the adapters currently only support standard formats (Banner, Medium, Interstitial).
